🛠 Mach‑E Front‑End Disassembly & Grille Installation Guide

Purpose: Safely remove the front‑end components of your Mustang Mach‑E and install the upgraded BSKT Design 3D Grill and camera surround. Follow each step carefully for proper fitment and to avoid damage.

🔧 Disassembly Process

1. Detach the Camera Surround Trim (Top Piece)
    • Drill out the two rivets securing the top trim around the front camera.
    • Remove gently to avoid scratching adjacent surfaces.

2. Remove the Factory Grille (“Mustache”)
    • Requires firm, steady pulling to release all tabs and clips.

    • There is a small screw from behind in each upper corner.  Must continue to pull firmly         to break the corner. .                                                                                                             • Take your time — this step is critical for clean removal.

3. Remove front license plate bracket (if you have one)

    • Drill out the three rivets to remove bracket.

4. Install the New Camera Surround Trim

    • Align the part precisely then rivet securely in place.

5. Install the New Grille

    • If you do not have a front license plate bracket, apply the 3M two way tape all across the back side on the lower part of the Grille

     • Starting at the top center and moving toward each side, push in all tabs until they are fully seated. You can use a little liquid dish soap on the tabs to help them slide smoothly into place.

   • Take your time and gently press both sides, as pressing only one side will eventually crack the grill.

   • Confirm flush alignment across the front fascia.

6. Install license plate bracket (if you have one)

    • Attach the bracket with three rivets

✅ Final Checklist
•     All tabs locked and flush?
•     Camera connectors secure?
•     Frunk closed?

Note: When removing the moustache trim, the areas where the two screws are located on the side/top (x2) will break, but you can still reuse the trim later by securing it with the remaining tabs.
